I received a termination letter and don’t know why: Zero HAP (Housing Assistance Payments)

If you have received a termination letter, it will state the reason for your pending termination. Please read the letter carefully:

If you have received a letter for termination Zero HAP, this means you have been paying the full contract unit amount and we have not paid any housing assistance payments for six months and no longer are eligible for the program.
