If you have received a termination letter, it will state the reason for your pending termination. Please read the letter carefully:
If you have received a letter for termination due failure to maintain the unit free from clutter, this means it has been reported to our agency you have not kept the unit clean and in HQS compliance in accordance with the lease. All reports are investigated and verified and per program regulations.
How to Appeal a termination for: Failure to Maintain the Unit Free From Clutter
In the event you receive a termination letter and feel our decision to terminate you from the program is unjust, you can submit an appeal to our agency. To do this:

Appeal Hearing
You will receive a response regarding the status of your appeal from the Hearings Department within 15 business days after the date you appeal is received. Once a hearing is set, you will need to attend virtually or by phone and provide any supporting documents or discussion on disputing the report. The Hearing officer will provide a determination either at or shortly after the hearing. They will also communicate any additional appeals if they uphold the termination.
