If you have received a letter for termination due to housing quality standards violations this means it has been reported to our agency you have not kept the unit clean and in HQS compliance in accordance with the lease. All reports are investigated and verified per program regulations.

How to Appeal a termination for: Housing Quality Standards Violations

Appeal Hearing

You will receive a response regarding the status of your appeal from the Hearings Department within 15 business days after the date you appeal is received. Once a hearing is set, you will need to attend virtually or by phone and provide any supporting documents or discussion on disputing the report. The Hearing officer will provide a determination either at or shortly after the hearing. They will also communicate any additional appeals if they uphold the termination.
