I received a termination letter and don’t know why: Failure to Comply with a Repayment Agreement

If you have received a termination letter, it will state the reason for your pending termination. Please read the letter carefully:

If you have received a letter for termination due to failure to comply with a repayment agreement, this means you have failed to comply with he terms of the repayment agreement which was in place due to failure to report changes to the household. All reports are investigated and verified per program regulations.

Appeal Hearing

You will receive a response regarding the status of your appeal from the Hearings Department within 15 business days after the date you appeal is received. Once a hearing is set, you will need to attend virtually or by phone and provide any supporting documents or discussion on disputing the report. The Hearing officer will provide a determination either at or shortly after the hearing. They will also communicate any additional appeals if they uphold the termination.
